The success of the program for placing Indonesian Migrantworker abroad is largerly
determined by the attitude of the community and related agencies towards this
program, and what success it will be of all stakeholders carry out their funcions in a
coordinate manner, this is a share responsibility that aims to improve people’s live by
providing jobs and a decent income to support the live of the workforce itself and their
families. The overseas placement program must be supported by all actors and
observers together to achieve success and the success of the government in alleviating
unemployment.

Opportunities for overseas work that are open in countries that need Indonesian
Migrantworkers are very widely spread accros regions. Placement countries both the
middle east and Asia Pacific Region. As the colour of the state at the same time
employers, this responsibility is a call to assist the Government and alleviating
unemployment. PT KARYA SEMARATAMA MANDIRI which intends to help the
government have a commitment in placing workers in the formal sector throughout
the country of placement.
